Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReadyParts platform provided by ReadyParts Pty Ltd ("ReadyParts", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using ReadyParts on behalf of a business, you agree to these Terms on its behalf.

ReadyParts is a subscription-based business management platform for Australian retail and automotive businesses. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Fees are in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of GST. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content. You must comply with all applicable laws when using ReadyParts.

You retain ownership of the data you put into ReadyParts. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the service. We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the data you upload.

We work hard to keep ReadyParts available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance and will aim to minimise disruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, ReadyParts is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination you can request an export of your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
